FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
General Questions
How much support will you give me to stay committed and focused for online study?
Our certification courses are for determined people who are excited to learn, accept responsibility, and most importantly, are willing to invest the time into their own growth.
A major difference that sets us apart from many online training companies is our investment into supporting our students to finish what they start with a variety of support.
All new students receive access to our Study Tips for Online Learning PDF Guide and video training class, packed with plenty of brain-based tools and strategies to make learning a priority by managing your mind, time and calendar.
We provide yearly study calendars with examples of how to plan out and structure your study time and be consistent with online learning at home. We encourage you to cultivate structure and consistency that will support you long after graduation, as these skills will also prepare you for running your own wellbeing business.
Our student support team is only an email, message or phone call away, and we generally reply within 48 hours of receiving your email. We may offer a support call if you're really stuck and share helpful strategies. Certification students are invited to optional 30 minute 1:1 support calls with their mentor assessor after each workbook is assessed where they can discuss progress and ask questions to overcome challenges.
You will also have the opportunity to join our private student Facebook Group to connect with fellow students, graduates and course facilitators. We encourage student-led WhatsApp groups and have cultivated a wonderful community that are very supportive and always willing to help each other out.

Upon successful completion you will be an internationally qualified Holistic Life Coach & Mind-Body Practitioner with an internationally recognised certification that is recognised in 39+ countries world-wide.
Most graduates start their own coaching practice (in person or online) or expand a current business and add to their modalities. Some offer coaching/mentoring as a wellness practitioner in an allied healthcare setting, become a consultant to companies and organisations wanting to bring wellbeing programs into the workplace (depending on your previous experience), or combine other modalities/qualifications and work in a fitness, health, stress or wellbeing setting on their own, or with other practitioners offering complementary therapies or functional lifestyle medicine approaches. There are opportunities everywhere!
All of our professional certifications courses are internationally approved, accredited and/or recognised by the International Institute for Complementary Therapists (IICT), the Complementary Medical Association (CMA), the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine (IPHM), and the Accredited Counsellors, Coaches, Psychotherapists & Hypnotherapists association (ACCPH). This recognition enables you to gain industry membership, registration and insurance in over 39 countries around the world!

YES! We know not everybody can afford to pay the full enrolment fee upfront, even with a discount, as some people need help to balance the books whilst they study. By comparison, you will note we are one of the most reasonably priced holistic life coaching diploma courses around. We like to save money and the environment by not providing printed material, which can be quite costly.
We want to help you realise your dream of creating more time and financial freedom for doing the things you love. So we have created generous payment terms that spread your payments out over the duration of your study into smaller monthly manageable amounts. Secure payment options are available through Stripe, Paypal and Square, with options for various debit and Credit Cards. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
Yes! As coaching is not a regulated industry, unfortunately anyone can call themselves a coach, with or without specific training or registration. This is a major reason why it’s in your best interest to gain a recognised industry qualification and learn how you can be the most professional and effective coach for your clients. In Australia, accreditation is generally provided by a governing body, although this is not the case in other countries where it is offered through board certified associations such as the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine (IPHM) accreditation board. Industry recognition and approval is specific and allows for greater freedom within industry standards for providing the latest holistic and science-backed neuroscience approaches to a professionally high standard of excellence.
We choose to be both industry approved and accredited to provide autonomy and integrity to all our coaching courses. As we gain new accreditations and approvals, you will have the option to add these to your professional recognition.
We know life can sometimes take an unexpected detour. For extraordinary circumstances submitted in writing, you may be granted a deferral at the Directors’ discretion. A recommencement fee may be applicable.
We do offer an additional 3 or 6 months extension at a small fee for those needing extra time. However, we do encourage you to plan ahead and complete your Certification within the provided time frame and offer study calendars, guides and tips to help. We provide personal check-ins to help you stay focused and provide the support to guide you through, but ultimately you are responsible for completing the coursework once committing to enrolment.
As per Australian Consumer Law there are no refunds available after enrolment because of a change of mind. Our aim is to be as transparent as possible with the information, expectations, duration, content and certification requirements as possible on each relevant course page. Please read carefully.
If finances are tight, please wait to enrol until you have a plan in place to support your legal obligations.
You may request a transfer of enrolment to another course within 48 hours provided you have NOT accessed material from your originally purchased course. Please see full online course terms and conditions here.
